It’s the start of a new year, a new decade even! That doesn’t mean that you have to change who you are, however. You are you; you have spent years adapting, changing and guiding yourself around your life, and all those life lessons have made you who you are today.
It might be though, that the body that houses you, could use a little adjustment. All those everyday tasks that we put our bodies through eventually take a toll – walking, lifting, car journeys, reading, running, desk work, phone staring can have a significant impact on the health of our bodies. We at Full Life Pilates help you to understand your body and the things it can achieve if given the correct tools – correct posture, stretching, a bit more strength.
Sessions
Sessions are run your own pace, if you are more comfortable in your own home – that’s no problem – Jodie and Sherrie are available for home visits!
Starting with a 4-week foundation class for those who are new to Pilates so you can learn the foundation poses and postures for yourselves, we then design your own individual plan for the next 6 to 8 weeks.
We only teach 1 to 1 or 1 to 2 to ensure you are getting the best instruction out of your sessions. If you have back pain or joint pain, then we run specialist sessions at our studio in Rayleigh where a full assessment is carried out and then a treatment plan is designed for you.
You can also add on a cardio session or start a nutrition plan with Lara who is qualified in sports nutrition.
Starting something new is daunting which is why we offer a taster session for your first visit.
We are more than happy to give you a call to discuss any aspect in more detail, or drop us a line at info@fulllifepilates.co.ik
Lots of love
Lara, Jodie and Sherrie
