I had my first ever Pilates lesson with Lara. She explained every step and move clearly and went over them if I forgot what to do (this happened a lot 😅) Lara took me at my own pace whilst still feeling like I had a good workout on my problem areas. I also suffer from a bad shoulder and upper back, which Lara accommodated into my personalised lesson to focus on these areas and I did feel a lot better and less tension in my back and shoulder even after just one lesson. Can’t wait to have my next lesson and see my body change in the next few months, ready for my summer bikini bod. 😃

So after a year of not exercising due to having a baby.. I ventured back into the world of exercise with Lara’a Pilates class! Lara tailored a special programme for me focusing on specific areas, it was really good to feel the stretches again!
She made me feel really comfortable and went at my pace, whilst explaining why I should be doing certain moves and how they will help my body recover from child birth.
