Jodie started out in the Fitness industry back in 2004. After finishing her Sports Science Diploma, she knew that she wanted to help others get into a healthy lifestyle. Jodie became a Body Balance instructor in 2006, a programme that combines Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates and it was from that that her love for Pilates grew. Since 2015 Jodie qualified as an advanced Pilates instructor, following the original Joseph Pilates Classic Mat based moves.
